Inter-Cultural Exchange of Young Asian Women & Young Men

In a spectacular example of inter-cultural exchange in Asia, youthful Asian ladies and young men from Philippines found in Malaysia in an annual young ones leadership seminar in Malaysia. The Cookware Youth Could Leadership Schooling Conference saved in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia coming from December twenty six to January 12, 2020, honed fresh leaders via both ethnicities and prepared them for life within their respective residence countries. The big event showcased the value of building systems of young adults with related goals and values and also offered young market leaders from both cultures an opportunity to learn from each other and share activities. Among people who were invited as participants were senior members of this Philippine delegation.

This first-ever event from the Asian Kids Leadership Course, a joint effort belonging to the Asian Youth Development Company (AYDO) plus the Philippine Office of Social Welfare and Advancement (DSWD), as well provided participants an opportunity to connect with each other meant for the initial time. Young management from both cultures find exchange experience on expanding meaningful relationships in this environment of mutual respect. The earlier days participants had been encouraged to speak about their personal lives and the aspirations. One more impressive feature of this new people-assemble via different countries-at the Asia Young ones Leadership Training Conference is the fact participants were provided with an exclusive opportunity to network with regional businesses, non-profit organizations and also other community leaders. They were as well able to network with other Asian young ones members in Southeast Asia and Malaysia. Some participants, particularly the young ladies, were given an opportunity to network with other women in various countries. This kind of interaction, shared by varied cultures based on a perspectives, has allowed participants to complement their understanding of the different civilizations and to produce a common first when coming together.
